Returns & Refunds Policy — DYS Fragrance

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been delivered. Fragrances are classified as personal-use cosmetic items, and for hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, they cannot be returned once they leave our control.

This means we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Scent preference

  • Batch variations

  • Packaging differences

  • Items that have been opened, tested, or sprayed

  • Sale items or gift cards

All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

All fragrance products are non‑returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because we do not accept returns on fragrances, we do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it once the issue is verified.


European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Under EU law, customers normally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to sealed personal‑care items, including fragrances, once the seal has been broken.

If your fragrance remains completely sealed and unused, you may contact us to discuss eligibility, but approval is not guaranteed.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Once we review your case and approve a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
