Shipping Policy — DYS Fragrance

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International Delivery: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Delays

DYS Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Any events outside our control

Once your order has been handed to the courier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. DYS Fragrance is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate address details

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at dysfragrance@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly. DYS Fragrance is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery disputes

We will assist where possible, but final resolution lies with the courier.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dysfragrance@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a resolution.


Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
